Customax Range

Introduction

The Customax Range is a collection of Axminster constructions and design ideas that enable you to create many floor covering design effects. All the luxury of a traditional and contemporary Axminster carpet offering endless colour options and exceptional durability from an 80% wool 20% nylon pile.

Caldew Carpet Manufacturers have created their Customax Range (which supplements their standard stockax range) to make the process of choosing unique woven carpets as easy as possible. Included are many examples of carpet qualities and design ideas divided into popular themes. The designs shown can also be re-coloured to the customer�s specification as all Customax carpets are made to order.

The wide range of our existing design portfolio is reflected on the following pages. However, if you need a tailor made option, Caldew Carpet Manufacturers highly skilled designers will give you the reassurance and freedom to produce a totally new product with full studio support and advice on CAD design, colouring, hand trials, quality samples and effect yarns. Reinforcing the design process, our tuft selector allows you to choose your colour options. Consisting of a large bank of stock colours we are able to match most corporate or interior schemes. Our electronic jacquard facility offers unlimited design repeat with up to twelve colour frames per design.

We can provide samples to allow you to feel the increase in quality between the seven and ten rows of tufts per square inch. These, in our experience, are the most popular, durable and cost effective carpet constructions for contract installations, but we are happy to advise on other options if specifically requested. If you fancy something beyond these standard specifications, say something slightly heavier or a different yarn we will be happy to accommodate.

For all carpets within the Customax Range the normal minimum quantity for custom quantities is 100 linear yards (91.4 linear metres) for any width. For smaller quantities additional charges will be incurred.
